This ministry focuses on creating and distributing engaging promotional materials, such as flyers, website announcements, and online posts, to highlight upcoming parish celebrations and gatherings.

Events may include:

  • Spring and Fall Festivals
  • 4th of July Picnic
  • Valentine’s Couples Night
  • Easter Egg Hunt
  • Veterans Breakfast
  • Other parish celebrations and community outreach activities

By combining creativity with clear communication, this ministry ensures that our parish family and neighbors know about these opportunities for fellowship, fun, and faith-building.

Those involved in Special Events Advertising may work with parish staff, ministry leaders, and volunteers to gather event details, create visually appealing materials, and coordinate postings for the parish website, bulletin, and social media.
