Incident Management Team (IMT)

The Incident Management Team plays a vital role in ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of all who gather at Our Lady of the Rosary. This dedicated group of trained volunteers works behind the scenes to create a safe and welcoming environment for worship, fellowship, and parish events.

The IMT is responsible for maintaining situational awareness, identifying potential hazards, and responding quickly and effectively during emergencies—including medical incidents, severe weather, or safety concerns on parish grounds.

With a focus on preparedness and prevention, the team regularly trains to sharpen their emergency response skills and stay current with best practices. Their quiet vigilance helps to give peace of mind to all parishioners, knowing that care and safety are always a priority.

More than just a safety team, the IMT is a ministry of protection and service, offering a reassuring presence during Masses, special liturgies, and community gatherings.

If you have a background in security, law enforcement, emergency response, healthcare, or simply feel called to serve in this important way, we invite you to consider joining the team.
