Pastoral Care at Our Lady of the Rosary

Pastoral Care is at the heart of our parish mission—walking alongside our brothers and sisters through life’s joys, challenges, and seasons of change. Guided by Christ’s command to love one another, our Pastoral Care ministries offer spiritual, emotional, and practical support to parishioners and their families in times of illness, loss, hardship, or transition.

Whether it is a visit to the homebound, prayers at a hospital bedside, meals for a grieving family, or simply a listening ear, our trained ministers and caring volunteers extend the compassion of our parish community to those in need. We strive to remind each person that they are not alone—their parish family stands with them in faith, hope, and love.

Pastoral Care includes:

  • Homebound Ministry – Bringing the Holy Eucharist, prayer, and companionship to those unable to attend Mass.
  • Hospital & Care Facility Visits – Offering comfort, prayer, and the sacraments to the sick and recovering.
  • Bereavement Support – Walking with families through loss and helping them find healing in God’s promises.
  • Prayer Ministry – Lifting up the needs of our parishioners in prayer.

If you or someone you know is in need of pastoral care—or if you feel called to serve in this ministry—please contact the parish office. Your presence, prayers, and compassion can be a true sign of Christ’s love to those who need it most.
