Ushers Ministry
Ushers play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and orderly atmosphere for all who come to worship at Our Lady of the Rosary. As the first point of contact for many parishioners and visitors, ushers set the tone for hospitality, respect, and reverence within the church.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting parishioners and guests with a friendly smile as they enter the church
- Assisting individuals and families in finding seating, especially during crowded liturgies
- Providing worship aids, bulletins, or other materials needed for the service
- Taking up the tithes and offerings during Mass
- Helping maintain a respectful and safe environment throughout the liturgy
- Providing guidance during Communion and other parts of the service
- Offering information about the order of service or assisting visitors with questions
